Did you get your work permit in there too? Cause I just received the study permit but they told me that with that document I can work too and apply for a sin number. But I saw another student with the work permit too. So, my question is that document- the work permit- is important? Cause they didn’t give that to me

no not necessary it depends on how the person came in with the study permit u can also work .i was given a study permit too and am also working

Hello Nnukwuada, can you plz let me know if the POE expiry date is the actual visa throughout the study period or its just for the entry where your visa will be stamped in canada at airport by the immigration officers according to your Offer letter. Plz plz answer me.

Nope the point of entry date is not related to the visa in anyway it just shows when you came into canada.the visa date would be given to you once ur application has been accepeted.

no, they didn't all the questions were directed to me. Well in my opinion I can talk about the strike in your country of residency, the quality of education in Canada. u can also talk about the value u would add u ur country wen u return etc.hope this helps u

no its not true.have ur offer letter,acceptance letter and ur letter of introduction handy just incase. before i was issued a study permit i had to present my introduction letter.

If you already have an accommodation den there is no need for an Airbnb.but if u dnt u can either pay or reserve .

@@samuelezegbogu1349 absolutely not. U would have to stay somewhere eventually right? Accommodation simply means a place to stay.it can be any place ranging from a rented airbnb,hotels, a siblings place or an acquaintance. U would even be asked what u came for and where u intend staying.

Hey! so I am presently in Canada with my Family and my wife and child on visitors visa were given visitors record for a period of 2years without a return ticket, i also noticed that other persons who came with their family on visitors visa were given visitors record. So i guess the trick here is that when you move to Canada with the principal applicant (the student or worker) return ticket is not required. But when you are visiting your family member i.e coming alone without the principal applicant, return ticket is needed and your stay is valid for 6months. My thoughts!@@nnukwuadaTale
