Quebec already enforced maximum 25% immigrants from each country . There's this monopoly going on in Canadian immigration system. All immigrants coming from only 2 to 3 regions. I suggest maximum 10% cap immigrants from each country. When all immigrants come from only one region you get all sorts of problems.

This issue is not heading in the right direction. It will affect people who have nothing to do with all this. There could be extra scrutiny of immigrants, students and visitors flying out of India, which implies delays in processing.

The irony is that Canada can provide safe haven to terrorists and were involved in horrific Air India incident in 1984 where by around two hundred people lost their lives and yet it took more then thirty years from shoddy investigation and trial only to exonerate the terrorists involved.
