Hello , there are 2 streams. One for French or Bilingual folks and the other is not targeted at French speakers. The one I spoke about is the general one not targeted at French speakers.

Yes- it could be a skill that is in demand. I believe bankers come with a variety of skill set such as customer service experience, people relations etc. These are skills loads of cities and communities need.
