EE has no boundation to apply for any province you want. If you get invitation then you can settle anywhere you want. regardin the selection it depends on the competition, lets say if lowest score applicants are accepted like you then you might get one. But if there is more competition then apply for PNP coz that has low score requirement but throught PNP you can participate in only one province not all of them at once (plz re-check) by going to their official website.

Hello! Thank you for posting such easy informative vids. Great reference for processes. I have a question. I am eligible for the Federal Express Entry Program and wish to get a PNP along with it to bump up my CRS score, am I required to stay in the province for a minimum stipulated period ? Or because I have gone through the FSW stream I can more freely move to another province? I had heard there is a minimum stipulated period of stay for those immigrating directly through a PNP but no such rule applies to Express entry streams.
