Congratulations Rohit! What you have received is an NOI (Notification of Interest) from Ontario. This targeted draw held yesterday was indeed for candidates with CRS scores between 463 - 477. You can now go online on the Ontario Immigration website, on the OINP e-filing Portal to submit your scanned documents & pay your fee. A simple Google search for the OINP e-filing Portal will take you to the correct page. Once the officials verify your documents & fee payment, you'll receive your PNP from Ontario. Sorry this is a year late but Ontario issues NOIs based on specific criteria. For example, a week prior to this comment, they issued NOIs for people with 400 or greater points who were health professionals. Other times, it can be People in IT. It just depends on what they are looking for at the tine

I do not have sufficient funds in my bank account so I decided to sell my gold and deposit the amount in my bank account. Is this last minute bulk deposit of money acceptable if I write a letter of explanation with GST Bill of the gold sold? Should I deposit the money as FD or savings? What other documents should I provide in this case?

Hello Jason, Your videos are very well defined, I have some questions, for OINP, First step is to create an express entry profile, and while creating that profile it asks for interested provinces, so there, need to select Ontario only? Question#2: once the profile is created, and if I get NOI , then i have to apply in OINP ePortal Question#3: i am falling under NOC 2173, obtained clb 7, work Experience is 9yrs almost, studies: BSCS (WES has been obtained), so am i eligible to apply, when i calculate score, it shows below 400.

Hi Seemi, to answer your queries: 1. You can select Ontario if you're applying ONLY to Ontario, otherwise select ALL provinces; 2. Yes; 3. NOC 2173 is an occupation in demand in the Ontario Tech Pilot program. Even if you have a low CRS score below 400, your chances are good because you're among the targeted NOC's. If you get your nomination letter from Ontario, you have to use this nomination in your PR application to get 600 CRS points. Then you get selected through the Federal draws normally..

No, you cannot apply. Once you create your express entry profile either by choosing Ontario as your preference or all preference, Ontario will pick your application from express entry and will send you NOI (notification of interest). Once you receive NOI, you can submit the HCL through OINP. Again, they will verify all the documents and then automatically add your OINP to IRCC. Hope this cleared your doubt @Ujwal

Hi Mehwish, the 67 points I have referred to is the 67 human factor points that apply in the express entry program such as age, education, work experience, language scores etc. The proof of funds amount will always remain yours. You just have to furnish this proof to immigration officials to prove that you have sufficient funds to support yourself and your family after you land in Canada, in the initial weeks where you would be job hunting and you would not have any source of income yet. Hi, since your application has already been processed, it is highly unlikely that you'll get your processing fee refund. However, you can try and email ontarionominee (at) ontario (dot) ca requesting an extension to your nomination with a reason that the delay was due to insufficient supporting documents like your PCC. We got an invitation to apply ontario pnp but ignored the invitation didn't apply it,by the time we want to go ahead to apply pnp, the invitation has expired. They will automatically pick u by sending u a notification of interest to ur Express entry inbox. All u can do is wait for that notifcation. Provinces that need express of interest on their portal are Saskatchewan, Prince Edward and New Brunswick

Hello, Very informative 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have some questions if you can help me this will be great 1- I received NOI from Ontario 3 days ago based on my EE profile which includes only me with score of 462 , can I add my wife now to my profile by modifying my EE and include her details in online portal of Ontario knowing that adding her now will decrease my points to 430 ? Will this impact ontario nomination ? If your answer is yes it will impact the nomination and I shouldn’t add her then my next question will be 2- can I add my wife to my EE after receiving 600 points of nomination ? 3- does proof of compensation is mandatory or experience letter will be enough ?

Please help...Would really appreciate your help as you have been through the process now.. I received an OINP nomination through French speaking stream. I know through their email that I can add my dependents in the OINP application I am going to fill but I want to know if I can change that in the EE profile too as it's non-accompanying now. If I change it to accompanying,my CRS scores will drop from 500to476.They had taken individuals above 481 for this stream. Please help.

No, you do not require LMIA. Just a full-time paid job offer will suffice.

Hi Initially my application was without dependents accompanying in ee and points were 469... I got noi from oinp and nominated with 600... my oinp application was with dependents accompanying.... Later, once after nomination I changed my ee profile to dependents accompanying..meanwhile I emailed oinp team regarding the same... I received response saying even with or without dependents accompanying my points are going to be the same.... So I decided to go with dependents accompanying... Any challenges going forward or any success stories with the profile history you know about... Thanks...
