Maybe im biased because both fedex carded my item saying I wasnt home but was. Fedex said its a 3rd party delivery company they pay to deliver their products and sometimes quality of service is lacking from them. Ups signed for my customs item and left ot at my door and sent me a bill 30 days later without the option to refuse it and no way to return it 30 days later.
