My friend lodged a fresh SDS file on April 29th. Biometrics on 4th may, medical on 15 th May, when can he expect his PPR? Series - S30564

Fresh SDS-Sept 2023 intake Medical done on 8th april File lodged on 22nd april Biometrics done and updated on 27th april Till now no further update, its in background verification only and also medical is not updated By when can I expect my decision? Not sure why ircc skip files from previous month and move ahead.
