Hello, fam! We just arrived in Canada! 🇨🇦
We are the Ox Fam and we just landed in Canada this 2023 as new immigrants from the Philippines. Through this vlog, we want to share with you our journey through permanent residence, provincial nominee program, finding a job (especially as a nurse & healthcare worker), preparing for immigration, things to do upon arrival, etc. And yes, it's possible to land in Canada as an immigrant right away!
Our application is via DIY (do-it-yourself) and we hope to share it with you since we know you can also do this! Kaya niyo 'to!

Express entry --> Alberta invites you for PNP through express entry. Yung ibang provinces or pathway po, you can send an expression of interest for PNP. But yung pathway po namin, we got the invite from our express entry profile.

Hello po! Kami po dalawa kumuha ng requirements. Malaki po impact nung experience, IELTS and WES report namin sa buong application. And maliban po dun pareho po kaming may express entry profile para kung sino pong maunang mainvite samin sya yung maging principal applicant. Hope it helps. 😊

Hi, may i know po if the average 6 mos balance was indicated in your bank cert? Did you also submit a copy of your bank statement. My bank can only provide YTD average daily balance. It’s already Oct.

Wala pong nakalagay na average 6-mos balance. Dun po sa statement, "opening balance" and "available amount"/"closing balance" yung nakalagay maliban sa list of transactions :)

Hi! Yes, online lang. Yung ibig sabihin lang naman ng orig diploma is kasi yun naman po yung isscan niyo. According po sa CIC, "You must have at least one year, in the last ten years before you submit your electronic application for permanent residence, of continuous full-time work experience" so I guess that's okay ☺

Yes po from Philippines. It depends po which province and ano yung eligibility nila. With Alberta PNP, they have PNP for express entry - federal skilled worker (which means outland - not in Canada yet or no work experience in Canada > 12 months). Then for Federal Skilled Worker, you have to have at least 12 months continuous work experience for your primary NOC.. that's why we became eligible po. :)
