thank you for the video. can you pls explain a couple of things: as far as I understood, in sections for Education and Work History, we provide only information that we can prove through the documents, which are recognized by Canada. Let's say I have both a bachelor and a master's degree. I verified my master's diploma through WES but didn't do anything for my bachelor's diploma. Does it mean, that I don't have to include my bachelor education history in the application? Also, if I'm currently working, do I have to choose "Yes" in the section: Do you have a valid job offer in Canada?

Hi, I am glad the video is helpful. You should include all your education to avoid any gaps in last 10 years in your profile. However, you only need to show WES ECA for the latest education or the education for which you are claiming points. For valid job offer, please follow the video, I have provided clear explanation. Hello Raj, please I need assistance. I completed 3 years of National Diploma and an additional 1 and a half years for my B-Tech. Upon obtaining an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from WES, they evaluated only the highest level, stating that it is equivalent to a 4-year degree. Now, my question is, when filling out the Education History section on the Express Entry profile, should I include only the highest level that was evaluated and add the National Diploma in the Personal History section? Or should I include both levels under the Education History section? I want to ensure accuracy and avoid any mistakes, so your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I always recommend using all if you are flexible to move as the situation in Canada is changed. There are no obligations once invited, if you are not interested, you could always reject the province’s invitation. All the best!

Hi Raj, I have become ineligible for express entry as I guess I have selected "In good standing" instead of "degree being awarded" for my Canadian master's education because I completed my requirements in December 2023(got official transcripts as well) but the degree will be awarded in May 2024 so I selected the first option and I was not claiming points for bachelors. So my question is, now on my GC account, they can see that I was ineligible in the past. Now, when I submit a new EE profile again in May(after the official convocation) should I mention my previous EE profile or I create a new GC account and proceed accordingly?

Hi, your coop experience is not counted towards your work experience in canada, even though you did your co-op, you only became qualified after you completed your studies, also if this trade requires license then only after getting the license. May 2023

My course finished in Dec 2023 and I am still working full time at the same place. Hi, you can create 2 experiences if its a continuing experience, first for job while studying and 2nd for job after studies, but remember that you are not allowed to work from the day you graduate till the day you apply for your pgwp. I hope it helps, thanks for supporting the channel

Its Yes, it just have a subpoint for people studied in quebec with a separate rule. You should select Yes. I hope it helps!

I do not advice doing that, but yes, I have heard people doing that and later changing their IELTS details. But please remember that if you are invited by a province based on your "dummy" score, it will create complications if you have "less" original IELTS score by then.

Sorry I don’t understand, english language test is to check your English proficiency which is done through either ielts, toefl or pte. You can only show your proficiency by using either of these methods, there is no exemption unless you are born in an english speaking country (national language)

I have a question regarding the PNP and IRCC EE Profile: For OINP, do I need to create an IRCC EE profile, or is it not mandatory to create one when submitting EOI? I have read that Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream is a Non-Express Entry Stream. This means I can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) directly to the OINP without needing an Express Entry profile. Once my OINP-ITA is approved after that also I can create the profile for IRCC or Federal Approval.

Thank you for the detailed information and it helps a lot. New subscriber in your channel. Quick question regarding work history, you mentioned that without proof or documentation it should not be included since later on they might look for it. In that case, some of my previous work experience have no employment certificate, is recommendation letter would be enough as proof and if there is no COE or recommendation letter then it will appear that there are idle years wherein fact I am employed in a certain company. Is there a way to reflect it in the list but will not affect our application. Your urgent response is very much appreciated.

Hi, I hope the video is helpful to you, If you don't want to claim points for your work experience you mentioned, you can remove it from "Work" section and put into "personal history", that way you will not get points for it but the gap of that period is mentioned well. Hi, that part doesn't come right, it will be there in your permanent residency application as that's where you need to provide all other activities as personal history section.

You might not want to mention any work experience in that gap as you were not allowed to work legally in canada from the day of your graduation till the day you apply for your pgwp. Also divide experience in 2 parts

Hi, Ontario invites you based on your experience so if you have experience for both, you will have to check the oinp website on the day when you receive an invitation, you cannot apply as express entry is all you need.

I have been working full time in Canada since 13 March'2023, so I will complete one year on 12 March'2024. Back in India, I have an experience of 3.5 years in a skilled trade. So now I am confused about what should I put in my primary job responsibility. If I put my Canadian work NOC Code, I am worried if I would be deemed ineligible in CEC. Can I put my Indian NOC as of now to put my file in the pool and once 12 March arrives, I go into the portal again and change the primary job responsibility to my Canadian NOC Code, so that my file becomes eligible under CEC? Hi, for creating express entry profile, you have to provide all your experiences, even though your primary occupation is different right now, you will be eligible for FST with your indian experience, try with your current experience first and if it doesn’t work, recreate with indian experience as primary. So if I make indian experience as the primary now, then will my file automatically be considered for CEC once 12 March arrives and I complete one year of work in Canada? Or if I do not receive an ITA by then, I would have to come back and reset my primary occupation as my current job, and then only system will pick my file under CEC? I mean what I think is that even if I make my Indian Experience as primary right now, as soon as one year is done for Canada, I would become automatically eligible for CEC. Does it work this way?
