Try PNP first. If the job NOC code is in demand. That depends on the work experience she has. Study is always a good option but your wife who is already doing PHD would be difficult to answer Visa questions. Hope this clarifies.

I work as a medical coder with 10+ experience in this field with CPC and CCS certifications. I found the below in Canadian official website. Health information management occupations (NOC 1252). This is what you typically need for the job. Health information management technicians and related workers require completion of a recognized two year college diploma program in health record technology or health information management. Health information management technicians and related workers are eligible to write the Canadian Health Information Management Association national certification examination which may be required by employers. I would like to know if any life science graduation would suit the NOC 1252 to enroll into SINP program. I would really appreciate it if you can confirm this for me.
