Your voice was either snipped out, or sped up in some sections for simpli financial at 4% your video cuts out and goes to the next. and Rogers cashback sped up when you shared about the 10% on first $1000 spent. I appreciate your research and the sharing of the information you aquired.

It seems like it might have been an issue KZbin's side as I just tried the video out in the sections you mentioned on desktop and mobile and there were no issues. Do let me know however if you encounter this again in any of our videos. And thank you for the kind words!

This is something I don’t understand with cashback credit cards again why did most annual cards give you 0.5% and not one percent one percent is actually considered low in the states Canada one percent considered high for no annual fee card and why can’t we access our cashback instantly like we can with the Neo card and another problem I have with a card is you can’t get cash back everywhere you go and they’re the only ones offer for instant cashback. I just wish all cashback credit cards can you can access instantly as soon as the transaction is cleared that’s my biggest issue

I would have to argue that the Scotia red Amex is better than the simply cash

Outside of redeeming for dollars off at the till at Scene+ partners (Sobeys, IGA, Home Hardware, Cineplex etc.) the Scotia Red Amex has so-so true cash back returns (in the form of statement credits) The statement credit/cash back option only provides 0.667 to 0.699% cash back which means the base earn rate for Red Amex is a max of 0.699% versus the nearly double of 1.25% with the SimplyCash. Then the 2% accelerated earn rates on the Scotia Red work out to a max of just under 1.4% and SimplyCash is 1.25% to 2%. The only cash back rate where the Red does better is Scene+ grocery where it works out to just under 2.1% vs. SimplyCash's 2%. Really it's the base earn rate the drops the Red Amex down quite a bit. But as always it will depend on someone's spending habits. If your spend is only in the accelerated categories on the Red Card it can work out better.
