So I spent this week out in NYC for an event with Samsung & Casey Neistat. I filmed the Q&A stuff out there and will release that soon, but I wanted to first share Brad's video with you! He is a SUPER amazing guy and I'd be stoked to see him be able to up the ante on his videos. Thanks for tuning in!

Tell me sir. With all your experience, which 'copter is your personal favourite? I flew in an R44 from Outer Knuckle Reef to Airlie beach in Australia in Oct' 07 and was compelled to start lessons back in the UK, which sadly didn't commence due to pessimistic advice.

@@manos3790 oh no same here with the pessimistic advice! I always dreamt of becoming a helicopter pilot since I was 12 and my mind was pretty made up all the way to the end of high school, when a "guidance counsellor" advised me against it using fear of not finding a job! and then forced me to pick something else(which I chose out of a whim being on the spot like that(chose what a good friend was pursuing just so at least I was'nt gonna be alone)! Well let me tell you here I am 30 years later and still dream about it and still have the regret!!

@@vracan I've always been told not to have regrets in life, but unfortunately I'm kind of seething at not doing the training when I had the funds, which was left to me via a family bereavement 11yrs ago.

@@manos3790 if you have the financial means may I suggest you to try virtual reality with simulator software like DCS (dont forget a hotas) to relieve that regret somewhat. Worked for me!
@manos37905 жыл бұрын
@@vracan yes a friend has the software and suggested that I try it as simulation practice before I take the lessons to reduce the costs. I scoured the Internet for 3 months looking for the least costly training school and it happened to be Boatpix based in Miami nr Hialeya if I recall correctly. Upwards of $42,000 for 400hrs of tutored, recorded flight time.

Done confuse Crazy with superb. Brad is a safety guy & will never do anything flashy ...

Thank you for saying that. I have met Bradley a couple times around Pitt Lake where he flies a lot and crazy certainly isn’t his style. He seriously thinks through everything he does.
