We DO need an RCIC/Lawyer or Agent (who works under a regulated RCIC) for our Immigration process. Because if we risk to apply on our own, we may face rejection, and then yourself, or a person who is not an agent/RCIC/Lawyer cannot help you with the further process. Because they don't even know what's the next process and/or your appeal rights. Applying on your own or accepting advice from a non-regulated consultant may make you Inadmissible under Misrepresention or Non-compliance with the Immigration legislation. My firends have made the same mistake and their applications have been ruined. Please go for an RCIC or lawyer because it's your future we're talking about here.

Hello, I have a question My wife has a 8 yr Gap in study after she done her MBA in 2012 and she is house wife since then. She has 6.5 bands in ielts and no less then 6 in each. I want to send her to PRIVATE College to canada on student visa (what are her chances to get student visa for PRIVATE college if we pay 1 yr tuition fee in advance + GIC ?) After 6 or 8 months can i join her in canada as well as my 3 yr old kid? Is it smooth process as per some consultant here in India? Also once the 1 year private college course is completed can she switch to Govt college for 2 year study course? And if spouse and family not allowed through private college visa then are we allowed immediately when she switch her course from private college to government college?
