I have experienced the same thing with Air India in 2016 when I flew from New York to Delhi. I’m from Toronto. Everything was broken, the tray tables were shaking and cracked, In-Flight Entertainment system wasn’t working & service was lousy. Since then I’ve only flown on Air Canada to Delhi. The only time I’ll travel on Air India is when they start bringing their new Airbus 350 aircraft on the Toronto to Delhi route.

​@@DigitalSinghh Bro They Have Place The Order of New Aircraft Kindly Have A Little Bit of Patience Dear They Are Trying To Improve Day By Day Change Will Take Time And Once Their Carrier Are Received They Will Perform Best it's Been 70 Years Under Government So They Don't Have Any New Carrier And They Can't Stop There Operational Work Till They Receive Order They Have Started Performing well On Domestic Routes Like BOM-BLR and Recent On International Routes Like BOM-DXB also With New A350 Air Bus ( Changes Take Time I Don't Happen In One Night )
