I never expected an airline like Air Canada to deliver such a disappointing experience, particularly regarding the cabin crew's behavior. Witnessing crew members make fun of customers and continue to giggle was unacceptable. Additionally, the executive director of customer service showed no empathy for passengers who were left without access to in-flight entertainment and the ability to charge their electronic devices, such as phones or tablets. While the airline claims to maintain high safety standards with rigorous checks, it’s concerning that the electrical sockets in over 40 seats were non-functional. Air Canada's Toronto - Delhi flight is operated by the older 777-200LRs while Montreal - Delhi is operated by the Dreamliners which has better interiors. Given a chance, i would either travel from Toronto to India by Emirates or Etihad or go to JFK and take Air India when their A350s will start flying from JFK.

@zytpxx5311 thanks for your comment. It was brutal without TV. The worst part was of this flight that the flight attendants were extremely rude especially the customer service executive. There was ZERO sympathy towards the customer.
