My job offer was revoked just 3 days before I was supposed to fly to Canada. The employer seemed more focused on completing the AIESEC exchange than fulfilling the actual agreement. Three days before my departure, he informed me that he couldn’t pay me, which felt like a scam. He also promised to reimburse my airfare within four weeks, but it’s now been four months, and I haven’t received anything. AIESEC hasn’t been able to help me either. Can I sue him or at least file a complaint against him? Where can I complain, and whom should I inform about this?

Holds a 2-year study permit valid until September 2025. Completed an 8-month program in August 2024 and will start another 8-month program in January 2025, expected to finish in August 2025. Informed IRCC about the school transfer through the IRCC portal in August 2024, and a co-op application was submitted for the new program in the same month. Neither program is on the PGWP-eligible list. Does the new rule about requiring a new study permit when transferring schools or field of study requirement for PGWP, apply in this case ?? Our CRS is 450 with spouse/myself not accompanying (spouse has no ECA and IELTS), and targeting the OINP healthcare draw. Would it be possible to add spouse to the application at the time of COPR? I assume the Federal government will have no issue since we'll have 600 points, exceeding the Federal cutoff. However, can OINP or the Federal government object to this change, stating they need to check eligibility for the OINP draw first? Should we obtain spouse's ECA and IELTS ASAP while our EE profile is submitted with 450 score, or can we add spouse later?

One of my friends has completed a course in Business Management and has now received a job offer as a Pharmacy Assistant. She does not have an educational background related to pharmacy but was still hired for the role. When applying for PR, if she receives an invitation and IRCC conducts a background check, could they reject her application based on the fact that she lacks a pharmacy-related educational background? Hello, I have got PNP based ITA on Dec 3rd after 600 points from OINP . Also recently I got my 2 year work experience points in EE(these points updated before I receive ITA which is on 1st DEC). Question is , do I need to wait for 1 month to finish my 2nd year work experience? Because I got second year experience points at 11th month starting day(I.e on Dec 1st). In addition, I worked 15 days remotely( worked same job outside Canada) and 15 days on paid vacation.therefore, Do I also finish this 15 days in Canada as substitute as to fulfill my complete 2 years ? Sir,my wife applied two WP from USA - 1) PGWP Outside Canada 2) H1B dependent OWP. She got her PGWP approval first so we sent the passport to IRCC NY office. Again after few days, as her H1B dependent OWP got approved, IRCC is asking for passport. She also has valid TRV till 2028. Can we raise a web form and ask IRCC is its okay not to send passport?

Should I still get Salary certificate stating my salary was in cash bcz in salary slips mention that the mode of payment was in cash.
