@@ieltsptestareducationghara9583 this is first red flag 🚩 why traveller would come for 7 days by spending $ 2000 on ticket . If some one really want to explore Canada they need @ least 30 / 40 days minimum. There are few more red flags which can put travelers to secondary inspection. Even most of the travellers doesn’t knows CBSA already made decision even before travellers arrive in Canada cz all commercial airline are bound to send passenger manifesto to CBSA 6 hours before flight get airborne . When travellers land in Canada 🇨🇦 goes to kiosk for self declaration. Receipt traveller gets from kiosk tells CBSA what to do with this traveller

This is just false information. I cannot reveal the source of my information. But this story is completely false. According to my knowledge& I have strong reason to believe that CBSA never asks travelers to petition for asylum; doing so is against the law. This is what happens in reality. When a CBSA officer confirms a traveler's inadmissibility in Canada 🇨🇦. Officer requests that travellers to voluntarily withdraw their entrance application. If travelers agree to this, but before the CBSA officer begins the removal procedure, the officer must ask the travelers if sending him back is safe for him! Most of these travellers start playing the victim game, claiming that their lives are in danger back home. That's when the asylum thing comes in. That is all.

@@freetutravel when some one opted for asylum . In real CBSA officer start their removal order from Canada but it’s unforceable till IRB hearing ( means officer allows traveller to appeal to IRB to check if IRB can approve his request) if IRB denies appeal those removal orders becomes forceable automatically & then CBSA must find traveller to deportation proceedings. Last I checked 29500 warrants are issued so far in this category
