Trump might delay the tariffs on Mexico and Canada this time around, but his mental instability, frequent change of mind, plus his volatile diplomacy, suggest that Trump could impose these same tariffs at anytime during the next four years. Canada should promote inter provincial trade as well as finding other countries who need our resources. An export tax on all resources including oil could over time generate sufficient funds for Canada to build cross country pipelines and a refinery on each coast to supply Asian or European customers
