That’s the problem bro. Even that they snatch it from new settlers; these people know where to hit. They could have easily both a big house thaan their current one as upgrade but they won’t. They will make you pay their mortgage

If they had bought a bigger home than their current one to live, I would congratulate them with all my heart. Instead they are eating from other plate. They borrow a lot and buy houses put the entire monthly mortgage on the tenants head. When the interest rate rises. They will do all kinda monkey business to evict the tenants or increase the rents to cover their mortgage + profit Imagine lot of people are leaving Canada because they couldn’t afford the rent on the first place.
