I watched the full podcast; here are some places where I think it could've been clarified better: - When you got your PR in 2013 how come you are landing in 2016? - Each one of the family member's PR dates are different? Is there any specific reason, as it does not correlate. (You said your small child's PR date was in January, yours in July and your husband in September? Did your son land alone 6 months before you and 9 months before your husband's PR Date? Now that you are well settled in the second attempt back in Canada, due to a school board teaching job, then why didn't you wait a little bit longer in 2017? You could have settled much early and your child would not have been uprooted 3x. Many such questions are left unanswered. Looks like this family is very impulsive in their decision making process. - When you came the second time, you mentioned that you got multiple job offers yet why did you not take an apartment closer to your workplace such that you wouldn't have a 1.5 hrs long commute each way? It doesn't add up. I would have appreciated it if the husband was also present in the podcast so we could have learned his story too.

I’m sorry you found the podcast not clear.I’ll try my best to answer the questions you asked. We applied PR in 2015 and got it in 2016. 2013 and 14 we started thinking of moving. PR expiry dates were different. We all got PR in 2016 but the expiry date for my son’s PR was in Jan 2021, my July 2021 and my husband September 2021. Why it was like that I absolutely don’t know. Why I didn’t wait for my licence in 2017 1. I didn’t know my licence will come in 2017 that to on the same day I will land. 2. Teaching jobs were very saturated at that time infact I heard that many teachers were even laid off. 3. If you heard the podcast I mentioned because of covid and shortage of teachers I got the jobs in so many boards and schools in 2021 4. Respect your observation of us being impulsive but when it comes to family, their mental health and physical health we would keep everything back impulsively. 5. Why I didn’t take apartment close to work. a) I didn’t want my son to go in that school board and his activities were around the area that we live. So rather than him travelling one hour everyday I chose to travel. b) As I said I chose better opportunities so I chose opportunity that was better for my career growth in the long run over the commute and I knew if I get that experience for 1.5 years I’ll get many opportunities close by too. That’s exactly what happened. Now my work is 10 mins away. 6) My husband doesn’t feel comfortable facing the camera on a podcast so I didnot ask him to do so but he just finished watching my podcast and said I covered for both of us. 😊😊 if you have more questions I would be happy to answer.

As an Educator, she has been very observant about her child and that's commendable...as very few would actually have the Eye, Capacity, Time, Strength to observe and address it. The Key Takeaway Message: Many Indian couples say, that they want to migrate to CANADA for the betterment of their children's futures & education. While the couple themselves want a life with status to show in India. Pushing it onto the children is not very uncommon trait of the Indian couples. As ADULTS with children, it's better for the Indian couples to take complete ownership of their OWN migration Decision.

Being coming from India 32 years ago, I find new Indian do not know manners to say Thanks or Sorry and expert in cutting the line in the queue, DO NOT hold door for someone . They should not be allowed to travel outside Brampton unless they learn manners and how to live in civilized world. I do understand in India it is jungle rule. Time will come when start doing pee on the road will start, Govt should teach them manners before giving VISA. In India, it is sign of Freedom to do pee on the road.

I loved this vlog. And also the lady is genuine. She publicly accepted her failure, which is not an easy thing. More importantly she bounced back, setting an example for people to follow. She explained that in her second innings she matured, taking learnings from her first innings. Life is all about learning towards perfection And of course Perfection is “Learning till death” Loved this vlog. Imagine I watched 1.5 hours without any fast forward. Well, its anybody´s personal choice to live anywhere, if possible. However, I could not find any convincing reason for this family to move to Canada. You talk about the old age problems in western society, loneliness in old age etc. but then just absence of a dishwasher was enough to go back to Canada (jokingly). The reality is (and I don´t blame girls for that), once you taste living as a nuclear family where you are the boss, its hard to live in a joint one. That is the only reason I feel that was the deciding factor for her (others were not willing to move back to Canada), although she did not mention this. But, I can be completely wrong and nevertheless wish the family all the best.

Harmeet just 1 small n friendly advice for you as your subscriber, you should really work hard on trying to make the podcast of much shorter duration because half of the information seems really irrelevant. Secondly, even I live in Canada married with family I understand her feelings and appreciate honesty and guts to explain her impulsive decisions but her story is only half relatable where they experience coming to Canada and observing the vast cultural difference but she lost the plot and relativity to her story when she began explaining the part of reverse immigration back to India, because from that point onwards it sounded like really immature and cooked up stories. So hence, I would suggest if you invite guests to discuss reverse immigration, you as a podcaster should really look into the quality of information served in the podcast for us viewers. Because this podcast really became a waste of time & not informative or learning at all at any point.

She mentioned she was watching Canada Couple videos before coming, they started in 2018. And she applied in 2013-2014 and got PR in 8 months and did her move in 2016 after seeing these videos. Don’t try to over glamorize your situation and decisions and give wrong dates just for the heck of it. A big dampener to listen to her. Even if something is true and correct in her story, I am sure many would still wonder if it is all spoken just for the camera

Hehee .. dates are absolutely correct I started thinking of coming in 13-14 applied in 15 and got PR in 15 only came in 2016 March ( you get one year to land in Canada after to get PR) and watching the Canada couple videos I never watched even a single video and I said my husband used to watch. I came to Canada 4 times between 2016 to 2020 he used to watch and tell me now I clearly don’t remember when he told me so that could be wrong😅 😅. BTW I finally landed in Canada on 1st January 2021 ..1.30 am I don’t know should I say 2020 or 2021. Also finally came back after 4 years returned Feb 2017 came jan 2021 that’s why days were not completed for PR 😂

Hello Candid cast Please can you bring a guest who has sold his property in India and brought over the inheritance money to Canada in a legal way. An honest persont not a person who has done it illegal way. He needs to explain in detail steps and regulations he has followed both in India and Canada. Thanks 😊

Can you please describe your process in detail to have the teaching license, the documents required, the duration, the prerequisite to have a 100+K
@tamanakapoor_
@tamanakapoor_ 4 ай бұрын
Sir the public school salary grid is available online, 100k plus is only after 11 years of teaching after you get your licence. I applied licence in 2016 and many documents are required. I came as PR and then applied for licence.
