I had some Euonymus in a vase with some flowers. They were in water for 2 months and I would just switch out the flowers and leave the euonymus. When I went to change the flowers and water today I noticed the the euonymus stems were covered with roots. Should I just plant them in soil now? Should I keep them in a window sill to grow over the winter?

They are ready to plant. I would recommend moving them over, but not urgently

Have you tried rooting in sand? Might be better success rates
