Thanks Prakash, The first step would be to go though the designated employers list participating in AIPP (as explained in the video) and see if there are any companies hiring for your background. Start applying; you could also complete IELTS / ECA Assessment parallely while you apply for jobs. All the best!

Praveen & Safvan, AIPP vazhi varumbol Atlantic Province-ilu ulla oru designated employer vazhi joli kittiyittaanallo varunnathu.. You usually then sign a contract agreement with the company indicating that you will be working with them for one year. Also you would need to stay within the Atlantic provinces for the first one year. You can move within any province in the Maritime/Atlantic Region during that first year. But after 1 year, if you are on Canadian PR (which is mosty the case for AIPP), you can move anywhere in Canada.

Thank you for writing to us Charles! We would say, choose a province that has better chances for your job background. Weather is pretty much the same in all Atlantic provinces. Rahul, the one main criteria for AIPP is to find a job offer from a designated employer in Atlantic province. So you can start applying for jobs (as mentioned in this video, links in description) and start going through interviews. Some companies are okay to wait until you complete IELTS while some companies prefer employees with a select IELTS score. It depends, but you can start looking at companies even before IELTS. This means that you do not need a licence or certification to do them. But about 20% of people working in Canada, such as nurses, engineers, electricians and teachers, work in regulated professions and trades. They either request you to apply for work permit (if urgently required) or PR. Then either we could process our application through AIPP - PR or let their attorney /consultant process it for us, if they have one. The situation varies from company to company but it will be either of the one mentioned.

Canada's air is not polluted. So some allergic conditions that we may have in our country may not arise here. Our dad who had asthma did not use his inhaler even once, during the 1 year period he stayed with us in Canada. Ennaalum, ee medical conditions vary from person to person. So oru doctor thanne aayirikkum good for the best advice on your specific health condition. This is just our personal experience.
