If we held different positions in the company should we have job duties on the reference letter for both or only the once we are claiming points for ?

Hi if I work 3month from agency and 3 month from direct hire from same company. Should I get the reference letter from only company for 6 month or I have to get 3 month from agency and 3 month from company ?
