Let's not pretend rain making has been a business since the stazi threw Wilhelm Reich in jail to never be seen again. See Kate Bush "Cloudbusting" for a musical version of real events. She plays Peter Reich whose book she read. I was once on a forum called Weather Rangers, a whole bunch of people who build Reich's machines, to make rain or push it away, to end drougths and prevent floods. They'd mess up sometimes. Large vineyards do it, and of course Gulf states do it. Until god gets upset and punishes them with REAL weather.
