CANADIAN SNOWBIRDS Vancouver Airport YVR Plane Spotting 1st August 2018 HD 4K

Another beautiful afternoon at Vancouver Airport. Landings were from the west again so not ideal lighting. Canadian Air Force Snowbirds were a surprise (25:00 and 31:43), I'd have got a bit more footage if I'd have been prepared but hey, I'll take what I got any day. Tried a few super slow motions @ 500 and 1000 frames per second, not great resolution but worth a look I think. Hope you enjoy!

I didn't know that, thank you. I did a bit of googling and there's 11 in service. Air Tindi operate four and we (the UK) operate one, British Antarctic Survey. B u t t e r that's not correct. The thing you see on the end of A380s and some A320s etc is called a winglets, whereas the big bits pointing up is called a sharklet

The Delta Connection (operated by SkyWest Airlines) Embraer 175 landing at 13:03 is incorrectly identified as an AC Express flight from Terrace, BC. You have repeated the info for the AC Express Dash 8 Q400 that landed just before.

could have been unserviceable or one of the reverse thrusters wasn't working so they decided not to use them. Vancouver has long runways so it's not critical to use them, just uses more brakes then.
