It was fun for over 10 years but I can no longer afford to spend the time to make these videos without being reimbursed by KZbin. I really miss games like this, it makes me feel feelings starting when the cop slipped and fell just after the bus crash. Don't get those from modern games. Thanks for putting this together, beautifully done mate.

This game and story had a lot of potential. The first half of it was good, but once you get to the clocktower with that DJ scene, everything just spiraled down hill into stupidity and rediculousness.

I agree, I just tried playing it and art first it was looking good, but then I got to the subway with the homeless guy and the amount if things he needs could've been picked up along the way but no, they trigger after you speak to him so that sucks, then the clock tower, oh my as you said just weirdness from there..... maybe they should've called it Silent Hill Downward Spiral.

It started to go bad after Team Silent was disbanded and creativity for Silent Hill was left up to western developers

While the main characters voice acting is pretty flat, an unsung hero of all these cutscenes is the sound design and engineers. It's blended and balanced beautifully.

You can notice almost all the entire game had the communications between police officers as background noise a little nod about the mc dark past and sins

Surprise ending is THE BEST!!! Period!;-))) It was nice to see Heather and others again. I want Red Pyramid on my birthday party. It would be blast! Hahaha! Silent Hill franchise is the best horror game series ever. Sorry, Alone in the Dark.;-) Btw, Howard the postman is in comics SH past live set in 1867.;-)

I played it several years ago but hadn't finished it yet. Too bad the game has been pulled out from Microsoft store (I played Xbox series S). Reviews are somehow so-so, but still I am curious. Worse yet, there is no PC version of Downpour.
