CANADIANS TASTE TESTING ESTONIAN SWEETS

People from Canada taste traditional Estonian candy and share their thoughts!
As I grew up in Estonia, I always thought of what other people from around the world would think about my most loved Estonian sweets.
Kalev confectioner was founded in 1806 in Estonia and has been since then every Estonian’s favourite. For this video I gathered all of the classics and my own personal favourites and gave them for my Canadian friends to try out.
I hope that Estonian people get a good laugh out of this and enjoy!

As an Estonian I don't understand why foreigners never like Kirju Koer? I think this is the third video I have seen where foreigners have tasted Kirju Koer and they didn't like it. It's so weird to me beacuse I love it 😋❤️

as estonian i really love those candies, for me “Tõmmu” candy is the worst and “Kirju Koer” is the best. Kirju Koer also means like a dog who has like um different colors on it. It’s kinda hard to tell

The candies up on the aisle at 0:41 are not Estonian, but European: Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, German. Usually, Estonian candies are up on a shelf opposite that aisle.

As a small child Ive never ever loved sweets. Still when walking a 10 mile walk, suck a good old too sweet candy. Then you won't fall or become speaking nonsense in the middle when feeling tired :)
