Great webinar! Thanks for putting together so much value in one video. From the inmunologic perspective, it’s great to see how it works. Thanks Dr. Nigil. It would be good to to have more information about how exercise affects our inmune system in such a way that reduce inflammation. I have AS and when I do 1h of grabbing, walking or what ever, I can experience improvement in my joint mobility even in those I didn’t practice. It feels like a general reduction of inflammation. It would be great also to understand better how inflammation in joint happen. I never really understand what type of Rosie’s are really inflamed: the bones, tendons, entesis, liquids, liquid inside bones or all of them. Also why inflammation increase during the night, even before going to sleep if I haven’t be inactive yet? I will contact some of you to have and interview if you wish. I have a community of 40 AS patients in Spain. Where should I contact you? Thanks so much really ❤️
