That vehicle is the polar opposite of stealth. If I saw that parked on the side of the road at night I would be 100% immediately suspicious.

I just wanted to say here it does not make you safe and makes the whole road unsafer. When you blind drivers driving on the road coming towards you with your dumb stepid extra bright lights
