I have studied Senator McCarthy's life, his time while serving in the US Army Airforce (the Airforce was a part of the Army in those days), and his time as a US Senator. Had no one stood against the communist threat during the time which Senator McCarthy did it is very likely that the communist movement in the US could have been legitimized, and accepted as just another political party. I could not care less whether anyone agrees with me or not I have studied Senator McCarthy's accomplishments, very, very few have accomplished the good Senator McCarthy did unless of course they are ardent communists; regardless Senator McCarthy's legacy has been smeared like Hell. Why so? During the course of one of Senator McCarthy's investigations he asked a government bureaucrat a question regarding his knowledge about what another bueaucrat had said or done. The bureaucrat Senator McCarthy questioned came back with the quick witted quip; "Senator have you no shame?" I consider the bureaucrat's response to be pure BS, yet Senator McCarthy was taken back, and paused for a moment, I', sure thinking what the Hell is this commie sympathizer talking about. The leftist media at that time used this 10 second pause as their opportunity to begin their destruction upon Senator McCarthy. The leftist defeat of Senator McCarthy in the 1950's is the same type of destructive methods used by leftist in academia, hollyweird, government, and the corp. world today. These two in this video should be thankful for Senator McCarthy, not use his name as a pejorative as the leftists do who they say they oppose..
