Here’s my take on Tana and Chris’ relationship: - Tana wants so badly to be seen by Chris. She wants to be chosen. - when he gives her any form of attention, romantic, platonic, or anything in between the Endorphins are crazy. - they are absolutely trauma bonded and toxic for each other. The second Tana gets close presumably it pushes him away. - The only way for this to work is no contact. Chris said himself in one of her videos, they will never be just friends. There’s a weird sense of possessiveness and ownership. - It’s easy to go back because Tana is reliving her childhood trauma of wanting to be seen… Again I don’t know these people in real life, so this is purely speculation based on what we are seeing on the Internet - Tana has also mentioned she wants to get married and this relationship, Situationship, friendship is not helping her get there - I really hope she takes the time to do the inner work and heal. Realize that Chris will never pick her because Chris can’t even pick himself. - tana is capable of so much more, and I hope she strives for the best which does not include Chris Miles

I had my own Chris miles type relationship and it was also volatile and had to end. It was terrible because we were so close but really brought the worst of out of each other. Eventually we reached a place of friendship again. I worried for his well being the whole time but he unfortunately passed away. I’ll never completely let go of that. Tana, I am in recovery. I have an addictive personality just as you do. I have learned in recovery how to stay sober. 1st thing in recovery is your environment. Clear all people in your life that encourage you to break your commitment to be sober. Those who encourage you to use. 2nd go to classes that teach you how to stay sober. Like AA. Get rid of anything that can trigger you. Only be around those who want you to be sober do nothing around those you used with. They are toxic to u your recovery. If you relapse which most do do not beat yourself up about it. Start a new day being sober. Take each day as a day of recovery. Always be accountable to yourself and those helping you recover. Take each day as it comes. Be honest with yourself about your recovery as well as being honest with your recovery buddies. Do things for others instead of being about yourself. Be self less in all that you do. Do not make excuses for yourself or others. Be honest in all that you do. Start smiling this will put you in a good mood. And help you to be happy. Be in an environment that allows you to grow. Be accountable as great full. Go to a councillor that can help you with your feelings. Such as anger,sadness,or depression. Take care of yourself such as eat well and exercise. Find a sober buddy. That you can talk to when you are triggered. A sober buddy can help you make good decisions and you can do the same for them. This will keep you in Check.
