To be fair Radahn was winning the fight against her until she did the self-destruct. By the time she nuked the place she was very exhausted and damaged while Radahn was basically unscathed.

Yeah there's one tiny problem with all of these methods. They require you to... *deep breath* ...actually use the mechanics available to you in the videogame. Unfortunately we don't do that here in the Elden Ring community. You did not beat the boss properly unless you did it blindfolded on a DEX build using only R1 and dodge on a DDR controller. Obviously cheating strategies like bleed, frost, and using your brain's frontal lobe are not allowed. It's the bleed or frost proc that cancels it, not a specific attack This applies to the whole video

I hate this design. Stance breaks should at least stun her out of these attacks, making her completely immune to stance breaks for the hyper armor attacks while leaving her volnurable to status effect stuns is outrageous.

Nononono, you can cancel waterfowl with a bleed proc or a frostbite proc, it doesn't matter the source of the build up

​​@@davidd.6448When a status effect procs, the enemy gets Said status effect. You might have noted that some weapons have built in status effect, most notably Katanas. If a Katana has Herrmorhage (55) that means each hit will build up that Status bar by 55 points. If an enemy has 110 Herrmorhage resistance, that means you'll *proc* bloodloss in two hits. Higher resistance to Herrmorhage equals more hits to proc the effect. And that's for every status effect. Be it sleep, frost, madness. But remember, once you proc a status effect for the first time on an enemy, their resistance to that effect will increase, meaning you need more hits to proc it a second time. Worth noting, it might not be possible to proc bloodloss in two hits If you have 55 Herrmorhage and the enemy 110 resistance to it. Because the Status bar constantly decreases, meaning you're closer to three hits instead of two to proc bloodloss.

@@CyristikYou get ONE instant frost with the pot. So it is the most reliable, but only for the first proc. What you really want is a weapon that deals frostbite and something that deals fire to reset.

Ok but rannis moon seems actually pretty viable to do it safely until freeze resistance goes up, not that it would be needed for a char with that much int, given you can camp half a kilometer away
