I’m Chinese and I like this topic of using nano technology to cure diseases. Mater of fact, I’m planning to do a PhD in the related field. I guess it is just people with certain culture are attracted to certain topics. I remember nano technology was always the hottest topic in the scientific programs on Chinese tv when I was young. And personally, having lost someone because of pancreatic cancer really makes me want to do something for the humanity on fighting against cancer.

You need a red bone marrow biopsy split the samples in three then in one third isolate hemopoietic cells sequence the results. Someone in your family probably has the same blood type. Same goes for them biopsy their marrow separate hemo cells sequence their healthy results. Compare the two results cross reference looking for large deviations and or breaks or missing exons. Once you identify the broken genes probably tet2 use crispr to make the correct edits also adding a cbl1 promoter to the second one third of the sample. Instead of separating or applying it to just the hemopoietic cells use the entirety of the marrows cell types in the edit. Lyse separation by antibiotic resistance clone then separate resequence all three to verify results. Clone all the successfully edited versions of the cells. Now comes the worst part we must kill all the broken stem cells. Chemotherapy which isn't very targeted will probably only kill some. My preference use the same original broken sequence to make the longest guide available and perform a crispr knockin of wildtype p53 and verify the edit in the cells of the last third sample. Apply the results of both in vivo with the crispr ki being first injections being simultaneously distributed in flat bone areas. During this time a clean room environment is needed as wbc counts desired may be low to non existent. Blood samples can be drawn to measure wbc levels. Once circulating levels are normalized or dropping at a steady rate bone marrow transplantation with the cloned sample is ready. The difference between this and typical bone marrow transplant is the induction of normalized tumor necrosis factor. And that by editing the entirety of genes in the new marrow rather than just the hemopoietic cells. The persistence factor increases regardless of future differentiation factors. And mitotic checks against itself during replication will be evenly distributed so it's natural division should happen in consistent balance when necessary. Meaning it will last and you won't die from chemo poisoning.
