During my morning meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza (Morning meditation MP3), I sought guidance for my next step, which involves removing myself from the role of being a caregiver for others. It was my choice and in my nature; however, I want to learn how to turn all that 'care' back to me and live 'my life' on my terms. You mentioned Dipsenza's "Supernatural."
