Is accidental shadow work a thing? I had a sudden rush of knowing a few weeks ago, including dreams/nightmares, full on tower moment. Relationships and situations I was "ok" with before are now very clearly wrong for me. Inner child coming out in full force, past traumas cannot be *ignored* anymore but I also newly see they can't *affect* me either, moving forward. Mistreatment and imbalance in relationships will no longer be tolerated. What starts as giving others the benefit of the doubt just turns into one-sided self-sacrifice in the end. I am going thru a trauma, I just found out I have to have my aortic valve replaced in my heart and I have a blood disease that causes me to be a bleeder. I am afraid!!!!!
