@@DaughterOfTheKingdom16 it's "all included" they'll have super top shelf alcohol like 1942, Hennessy vsop, and a few others that they will offer for an extra cost. But if you decide you want one of those you can just got buy it at a liquor store nearby for a cheaper price.

I wanna do the hideaway next time it look amazing. The great thing about the Chic is that it's one building everything is an elevator ride away versus walking all over a huge resort and it's only a 5 minute walk to the party/hotel zone.

Great walkthrough of the resort, thanks so much for sharing. We're visiting in December and this video got us even more excited. How was the food there/which restaurants were your favorite?

The food was better than expected. The buffet pro/con was that there was a lot of made to order options, bad cause of the wait but great cause everything was fresh and hot. Steak house was really good. The Asian restaurant had small portions but good. My favorite was probably Grazie the Italian restaurant. I didn't do the Mexican restaurant. The pizza window and the food at the pool and beach was great too. I wouldn't wanna over hype the food and then you be disappointed but if you get bored of the food there Hotel Zone is a short walk away. And I can't tell you how many times I went to the coffee shop and got my iced coffee and gelato. Hope you have a great time in Dec, I'm jealous 😏

hey brother great video looking to go there in December, how'd the entertainment there any night clubs inside? dj? programs? how far from the cancun strip?

Thanks bro. Great entertainment. Each night they had a different show, a live band, silent disco, dancers another. At night they have a dj at the Martini Mix bar, good music and fun to people watch. If you wanna get out to the hotel zone for the nightlife it's only a 6-8 minute walk from the hotel.

Are the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach included or do you have to pay for them separately?

It's included. It's just first come first serve. If you opt to get the Diamond Club you can reserve ahead of time with your Butler. All based on availability.

When I book the reservation for my room do I also book my excursions too, or does the resort have a place where I can book all of that stuff?

The resort has an area you can reserve excursions. But some have where you can reserve online ahead of time. Check out some of the FB groups they are a great tool to help you decide what to do.

At what time do you lie in the shade? because the sun disappears somewhere behind the hotel?

I took some pictures at 3pm and the DC pool was already in the shade. That's one unfortunate thing about this hotel.

They have Xplor which is a Zipline/ATV park. Another favorite one is Xcaret it's like a wildlife park which is huge but alot of fun, bring your comfy shoes. They have tours available to the ruins and pyramids. There is plenty to do just depends on your taste. I recommend a day trip to Isla mujeres. Best beaches in Mexico.

Would you say this is good for a bachelor party? Group of 8. Looking at this, Riu, and Temptation. Wife already vetoed Temptation lol

Lol, Ive heard a few stories about temptations. I think it would be a great choice. The whole resort is a fun energetic vibe. And if you get bored there you can take a 5 minute walk down to the party zone.

I would say it depends on your plans. If you are going to be out of the hotel on multiple excursions I would recommend non DC. If you plan to fully stay on site DC would be a good. When I was there they didn't have a physical butler but now they actually have physical butlers so that's a plus. Overall if I go again I will probably go for non DC. But if you go non DC you'll always have that little doubt of what you may be missing out on. You can also book non DC and upgrade anytime during your stay.

Yes it is. They offer a regular all inclusive package and a diamond club package that gets you a better selection of liquor, preferred room choice, and extra services like a butler.

They will have your credit card on file in case you add anything to the room. But speaking from my experience they didn't charge a fee.
