I would have assumed that dropped package was that man's since he was trying to get the hat. I would have figured he dropped both out of his cart and would have left it alone.

Someone got me on this joke one night while I was driving down the road there was a purse so I got out to get it and they pulled it back I laughed and laughed. I didn't realize it at the time but that really could have been dangerous it could have been a setup
