What's so great is that he maintains this Mr. Rodgers like demeanor the whole time while having zero tact in what he's saying, thereby putting everyone in a spot where they dont wanna cause a scene but you still see it bubbling inside. Tremendous acting.

It's amazing how such a simple idea as this can work out so well. I was someplace once where they DID weigh you. Not DMV. But for a helicopter ride in Hawaii. They are asking you questions and entering data and ask, "How much do you weigh?" So, you answer. And they have a scale nearby and ask you to step up on it just to check. I'll bet there were a lot of mismatches and red faces at times. But they had a good reason to know an accurate weight.

I am surprised to see body weight on American drivers licences, as I have never seen it on licences or IDs from other countries. In Europe they put the maximum weight of the car you are allowed to drive on the licence not the maximum weight of the driver 😂

It actually makes some sense since it is for properly identifying a person. Maybe TSA should have a scale nearby too! If you wear a face mask, hat, glasses, they make you take them off, so, if you are sporting a double chin and claim 130# ...weigh them!
