@@RomanDiaries It wasn’t the fact that they were unhappy… but that they left within what, 20 seconds or so? I’ve never walked out on anything like that, even when disappointed. I personally find those women quite unappealing, no sense of grace. If nothing else, they were at the gym, dressed, and with music going… they could have just done their own movements and not followed the woman’s lead… then addressed their concern in a classier way to her later.

45 Years ago I got married and became a recreation director in a small town. I decided to have a ladies exercise class but couldn't find and instructor so as a 24 year old guy I ran the class. I would make things up and just go with the flow. I didn't have a clue what I was doing but they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. But the fact that I a good looking in shape 24 year old and they were a bunch of middle aged ladies probably had something to do with it. And my new young bride thought it was funny.

I’m fascinated by how different mannerisms and speaking styles were back in the 80s. Very animated and odd to observe, looking back from today’s perspective where people are slightly more natural and real in their presentations.
