Although this video was made a few years ago, the technique and designs are still fresh. Layering and use of different materials serms to be growing in popularity.

Those giant beads are gorgeous! All of the samples are really stunning. Esp. like the sari silk and the twisted wire with those special beads. Quite the statement pieces. Great as a choker or at the standard 16''-18" length. I bought a bag of mixed colors of ice crystal beads online not realizing how huge they are until they arrived. Too inexpensive to be worth return shipping. Couldn't figure out what to do with them. Really like this idea for them. The ice crystal beads are kind of plain 'cuz they're so pale. Think I'll add some smaller beads here and there to my wrapping wire. Oh! I can hardly wait to try my idea using your design. TFS!

Where do you purchase wire like this? Is it beading wire or just multi-purpose wire. I have not seen any on a larger spool like this.

For beginners it would have been nice had you started the process from the beginning. I understand time was of the essence. However another video should have been made with a step by step process and introduction of each item/tool used.
