Ingredients:
6 lemons (2 lbs) - Correction: slice into 1/4 inch or 0,625 cm)
2 cups sugar
1 quart water
1 gram Potassium Metabisulfite (campden tablet) - food preservative

Dry in the oven - Set the temperature at about 125 degrees Fahrenheit or 51 degrees Celsius for 3 1/2 hours.
