I Just candled my 1 week incubated (broody hen style!) eggs, and all six are showing life and growth! I even spotted a tiny movement and found an embryo spot!!

What breed of chick laid your blue egg? I have 2 eggs just like that, that I got from someone’s coop while taking care of their chickens and I don’t know which breed of chicken laid it.

There are a few breeds that lay blue eggs. But the most common, and the one that laid the blue egg shown in the video, is the Ameraucana. It’s a breed that is known for their puffy cheeks and beards :)

will only cost about 1 dollar per egg..if you can keep out skunks,possums. racoons snakes.foxes. coyotes. Hawks owl..disease.. plus heating cost...housing cost..labor..water....and food
