I can't get my candy canes to shape. It's too hot to handle and then it's getting stiff....I can't seem to get the playdough consistency. What am I doing wrong?

⁠@@JenniferDillinghamit will not be in a play dough consistency, it will be hard. If it’s hard , pop it in the oven with minimum heat for few minutes and continue.
