Hey guys! Today we are baking candy corn cupcakes! These turned out to be pretty simple but very delicious, especially if you like orange flavour! And the children got completely high on candy corn...hahaha! Hope you enjoy! xoxo Anna

RECIPE
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp caster sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/3 cups plus 1 tbsp plain flour, sifted
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
finely grated zest of 1 unwaxed orange
FOR THE TOPPING
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
2 1/2 cups icing sugar, sifted
2-3 tbsp milk
candy corn, to decorate
