Shannon is STILL the one I go to when I want to watch informative, colorful, and FUN makeup tutorials..i feel like no one does actual TUTORIALS anymore as much on their channels as it used to be. It's all vlogs, reviews, lookbooks, declutters, hauls, etc etc. I started watching KZbin for enhancing my makeup skills. Not to watch what someone else is doing all day, bought, is wearing etc. And I feel everyone does the same boring looks with the exact same hit product. Like the Anastasia modern renaissance palette. I like the palette but I feel those colors are in every palette now except for a shade or two at most.. And they all are created the same way with the same brushes. Shannon keeps it fun and switches it up. You never get bored here and she never seems to be stuck in a rut. The only thing I don't like about her (and it's not even about HER lol) is that I'll probably never have a chance to meet her bc she lives on the other side of the world! Lol!. And she is by far my FAVORITE!

I have to say....Shannon is the MOST relatable youtuber I follow, I literally feel like she's just in my room and we're doing make up together- not like I'm watching a movie with professional lighting and a studio set- but at the same time, her content is still so good and genuine and innovative. Something go wrong and end up hospitalized or go through a bad flare for days or weeks at a time and not be able to be productive.. But it's nice to dream. I've spent so much money in two years on makeup and stuff to start it though so I'm not giving up just yet! Shannon when you get irritated or in a rut with KZbin take this advice please "there are so many other women that would sell their souls to be able to do what you do everyday and I personally would sell mine just to have your health and my youth back".. Don't take for granted being able to get up early and do these things and exercise etc.. i CAN'T do those things anymore and I took it for granted when I could.. i just wish I could go back in time and tell my younger self that. You are still an inspiration for me though! Your kindness and heart being the biggest reason! Ily! Muah! 😘

when using them try spraying your finger with a setting spray after you swatch to help them transfer better and also flat moist synthetic brush. I haven't tried it yet but I imagine taking a chunk of the shadow and mixing it with setting spray can do it too 😊 however I don't have issues using my shadows

+Vickiana De La Cruz use denser brushes to blend out the shades. and if u find them sheer, apply it with yr fingers or buy the super shock shadows instead of the sheer ones.
