Because this is from the "nanny state" of City Hall (They think they know better than the parent's) so they've banned arcades (they believe in the myth that video games cause violence and violent behavior. which has been scientifically disproven numerous times and it backfired on them numerous times, as they thought there would be a decrease in crime rates, but in fact it caused an increase In juvenile crimes due to kids not "having anywhere to go) ) and they think they know better than parent's so they had a public health education PR scaremongering propaganda campaign telling everyone that all junk food (of any amount) is carcinogenic and fatal! they've banned all sweets (and anything containing sugar) out of all municipal buildings.

It'd annoy me so much to spend ages playing the game winning candy, to then win the jackpot which is just more candy. Why can't they put something else in the jackpot like I've seen on other videos like a plush or a funko? Seems silly to me
