The top ground for me will always be the Oval, where I grew up watched from my parents flat. The most famous match England vs West Indies…Viv Richards 292 and Dennis Amiss 222 I think. Great bowling from Michael Holding.

This is not the Top grounds. It is just ranked in order of size. Size is not everything. Quality is more important. Especially when watching cricket. You spend a lot longer in the place than you do watching football. If you also most people for their preference for a "Top" ground, they will answer either Lords or Trent Bridge.
