My honest opinion of Mecca: phenomenal character, perfectly built-up, great background. Daniel Sunjata played this role to perfection. My only problem: the “snitch” was a great turn and the writers tied that story to the OG power seemlessly. They could’ve stretched that storyline until season 3 tho, and Noma’s transition into the story would’ve been even more impactful, given what we found out about her Mecca’s history.
