I'm not currently practicing for self-defense, but still I do so many things with my cane, including, stretching and exercises, walking, just sitting in a chair or on the couch, laid back, watching TV in a standing position, dancing to videos, praying, etc, whatever it is. It is. I have the cane moving, and as I go I work on things that I want to be able to do with Grace. So, when and if I feel like I will go to self defense, I will be very comfortable with how the cane moves and where it is in relationship to my body. I'm still new at it, but I can do a handful of cool things. When my hands are strong enough, maybe I'll move again back too to a heavier harder cane, from the bamboo. Enjoying your videos and the information, as a little bit I can incorporate into what I do, or at least I am getting the ideas in my consciousness. Thank you.
