You must be a very professional baker, every recipe you prepare is just perfect, exact, looks delicious, and more than a commercial product that you produce. I wish I can have a taste of what you always prepare.

The recipe is a success, the caneles came out perfectly! Thank you. I used all plain flour because I had no cake flour. Next time I will try adding bread flour because it is not as chewy as I had hoped. The batter came to be ~60g per cake 😂, probably because I boiled off too much milk. Since it is smaller, I baked it for 45 mins in a fan oven.

Can you explain what you mean by dry? The outside? Or the batter? (I too am always shocked by how many baked goods in Japan are sold as authentic. I live here, but also did a short study abroad in France. Samoëns)
