うわーーーー!ついにひだまりさんレシピのカヌレが!! ひだまりさんの動画は火加減とかオーブンで生地を焼いている時の膨らみ具合を映して下さっているので作る時に目安として参考になります😊

You must be a very professional baker, every recipe you prepare is just perfect, exact, looks delicious, and more than a commercial product that you produce. I wish I can have a taste of what you always prepare.

The recipe is a success, the caneles came out perfectly! Thank you. I used all plain flour because I had no cake flour. Next time I will try adding bread flour because it is not as chewy as I had hoped. The batter came to be ~60g per cake 😂, probably because I boiled off too much milk. Since it is smaller, I baked it for 45 mins in a fan oven.

Wrapping the canele will soften the crust.

What I wouldn't give to get just one taste of your magical treats! You put so much care into every single step. It's obvious that you enjoy baking so much, given how gently you handle all of the ingredients!! It's as if they have feelings, and the kinder you are to them, the more delicious your creation will be. It's really wholesome to watch!! Keep up the great work, as always. Love your content.

前にカヌレ作ってめちゃくちゃ失敗したからこれでやってみよ~! 絶対無塩バターじゃないとダメなのかな?

有塩バターなら塩バニラっぽくなりそうですね!でも型に塗るバターは無塩のほうがくどくなくて美味しく出来そうです。 私もよく失敗してたんですがchefmadeの型が使いやすくておすすめです!

Can you explain what you mean by dry? The outside? Or the batter? (I too am always shocked by how many baked goods in Japan are sold as authentic. I live here, but also did a short study abroad in France. Samoëns)
